We use return email address to answer the email we receive, to send you discount coupons and special savings announcements in sales, service and parts, also to notify you of any factory safety recalls and advise you of scheduled maintenance.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.  You can OPT-OUT of our e-mail program at ANY TIME. Just click the opt-out button at the bottom of any e-mail.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We are an authorized Subaru Dealer and we sell 100% Genuine Subaru parts and accessories.  All of the Subaru parts we sell are covered by the Subaru factory warranty. To place an order by phone, please call us toll-free at 800-671-3636.

Hours: We are available for phone inquires Monday-Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm. EST. Wednesday 8am-7pm and Friday 8am-4pm.

Shipping Charges: Packages being shipped within Pennsylvania will be subject to a 6% sales tax.  If you have a resale license for the State of Pennsylvania to sale parts, a resale certificate must be on file before the order is placed and tax can not be taken off after the order is placed.  Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (i.e. after a transmission is received, the customer must pay to ship the core back).

Items too large for UPS such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors, exhaust parts, etc., will be shipped by truck line, freight charges collect. Customer must pay for parts before we ship.

Refused Truck Shipment & Cancelled Orders: Freight charges incurred by Becker Subaru while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.  ALL cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Damage in Transit: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit.  Please contact the Parts Department for damage claim information and keep ALL packaging materials.  You will be asked to hold the damaged product for 10 days.  Please do not return the package to Becker Subaru.

Online catalog and Accessories pricing and availablity are subject to change without notice.

Returns are guaranteed: Please contact a Parts Representative for a RMA number before sending any package back to Becker Subaru.  Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.  Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after talking to a Parts Representative.  We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resellable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice.  Returned items ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due.  Literature, videos or electrical parts are not returnable.  If Becker Subar is in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges.  ANY body parts are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches, and dents.  Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.

Becker Subaru does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for all orders placed after 5:00pm Friday and all orders placed on the weekend.
